Returns Policy

Returning Products to New Beginnings Tiling Academy LLP:
Unsatisfied with your purchase? You can return any goods for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. After this period, a 25% restocking charge applies. Returns are not accepted beyond 30 days. Please note that perishable or special order items cannot be returned. To initiate a return, email us at info@newbeginningstilingacademy.com within 14 days. Damaged or Faulty Items:
For damaged goods, note the damage on the delivery note and inform the driver. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an email to info@newbeginningstilingacademy.com, including photos and fault details. We will promptly address the issue.

Cost of Return:
If goods are damaged or faulty, New Beginnings Tiling Academy LLP covers the return cost. If returning due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return expenses, which can be arranged independently or by us. Keep in mind that return costs may exceed your original delivery charge.
